You can browse our categories using the navigation menu at the top of your screen. Each category expands into additional sub-categories of cards. Personalizing CardsOnce you've found a card you like & click on "personalise" and follow the prompts to make the card yours! You can save and share your favourite designs in "my cards" once you have registered in the "my cards" section. MyCardsBy registering your username and password with us, you can begin saving favourite designs, sharing those with your friends, and keep track of any previous orders. We can keep track of your mailing details, so you won't need to fill those out again to place an order. We don't keep any credit card details on file, so those will need to be completed with each new order. Order StatusYou can log in to your account anytime via the e-mail address and password used to set up your account. By logging in you can check status of pending orders and view status of past orders in your account, along with tracking numbers and ship dates. E-mail / passwordIf your e-mail address changes, you will need to create a new account with your new e-mail address and a password. If you forget your password, go to MY ACCOUNT and click on the link to have your password sent to you via-mail. Ordering through Cards4MePlacing an orderOur web site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you to place an order. Our simple online ordering system makes it very easy to personalise and preview your selection before completing your order to ensure it is exactly how you want it. Should you have any questions we will be happy to assist you via email: orders@cards4me.com.au. Once you have selected your design and personalised it & you will be asked to approve your text by initialling a check box. By initialling your approval you verify the accuracy of your text, including spelling, dates and times and acknowledge that the text will be printed EXACTLY as you have entered. Should Cards4Me feel that certain punctuation, abbreviation or layout modifications will improve the overall result of the printed card & you will be contacted via email to confirm these changes before going to print. Cards4Me was designed to enable online personalisation with a preview that reflects precisely what you will receive in printed form. As a result, we are able to print and deliver our orders faster. Please note that we do not provide a PDF or printed proof in advance of printing and mailing your order. Please inspect your preview closely for typos and other possible errors. Cards4Me reserves the right to reject orders if derogatory, abusive or offensive language is used. Cards4Me is not liable and shall accept no responsibility for inability to supply due to terrorist activity, acts of God, fire, flood, war, strikes or sabotage. Uploading PhotographsWe recommend using hi-resolution images on our photo/image upload products. Low-resolution images will produce an inferior result. By supplying Cards4Me with a photo, you are claiming that you are the original owner of the photograph, or that you have received permission from the original copyright holder/owner allowing the image to be re-produced by Cards4Me. Cards4Me shall not be liable for any damages arising from any aspect of your order or the content printed on them per your instructions. QuantityA minimum order of 25 items per stationery piece is required. It is advisable to allow between 5 and 15 spares in your order as subsequent orders will incur the minimum quantity of 25 charge. Card StockAll of our stationery is printed on 310gsm stock from _________ and specifically manufactured for the digital press process. Should Cards4Me be unable to supply to the exact specifications of the ordered product, this shall be advised to you within 24 hours of placing your order and an alternate option given. You are under no obligation to accept the alternative option. PrintingAll of our stationery is printed professionally on a digital press, and not on a home printer. Therefore it is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each piece. This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process. Stationery can not be refunded or returned because of normal printing effects. We take pride in the quality of our work and assure you that all of our stationery is printed to the highest professional standards. EnvelopesCorresponding white envelopes, either 150mmx150mm or 114mmx162mm in size, are included with all orders. Returns & ExchangesWe are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorisation. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors or omissions. Cards4Me does not take responsibility for the products not being to the customer's exact liking or a change of mind. Ownership of the goods shall pass to you once the goods have been delivered, even if the goods have not been received by you in person. In the case of a Cards4Me error, please be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest delivery option possible. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending returns, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that fail to reach us. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Prices and PaymentPrices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Bankcard) or bank transfer. Payments made via bank transfer need to be made within 7 working days or the order will be deleted from the system. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your product and is requested in the check out process. An invoice will be emailed to you once full payment has been received. Credit Card SecurityProtecting your personal details and credit card information is very important to us. We process all transactions on a secure server and use the highest level of security, Secure Sockets Layer 128 bit encryption (SSL), to transmit your personal and credit card details. Order Processing TimeAs all of our stationery is printed professionally on a digital press, and not on a home printer, we strive to have your order printed and packaged within 7-10 business days of receipt and payment of your order. Delivery TimeCards4Me uses Australia Post Express Post service to deliver all orders. Australian orders are sent by Express Post and will arrive within 10-14 days of receipt and payment of your order. Cards4Me does not take responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit by post. Ownership of the goods shall pass to you once the goods have been delivered, even if the goods have not been received by you in person. Gift VouchersGift vouchers available upon request. Copyright Design CreditAll printed products will include a small unobtrusive copyright credit "© www.cards4me.com.au" printed on the item. The credit is kept to a minimum point size and is positioned so as not to interfere with the overall look of the stationery. Requests for removal of copyright credits from stationery items will incur an additional fee of AU$50.00. |
